The Retro Grid Collective is working on Gridiron Fantasy Manager ’27, the first game in the Idleball sports series. Baseball, hockey and basketball are planned next. Later projects are The Starfall Saga (fantasy), The Emergence (sci-fi) and Upload (cyberpunk).

I run TRGC on my own. I'm a 42-year-old dad making a career change, and Gridiron is my first game after more than twenty years away from programming. The dev blog follows the work, with prototype screenshots on the game page.

Football is scheduled for February 1, 2027, with baseball, hockey and basketball following six months apart. The Starfall Saga is planned for August 1, 2030; The Emergence for August 1, 2032; and Upload for August 1, 2034. See the release schedule and world concept art.
